Description

WHO: College students, Young Life alumni, volunteer leaders, committee members, Young Life staff and any other adults (sorry - no current club kids!)

WHEN: We will leave Dallas at 10 pm on Tuesday, May 13. The fun begins Wednesday afternoon when we arrive at Crooked Creek Ranch near Winter Park, Colorado. We'll leave Crooked Creek after club on Monday night, arriving back in Dallas on Tuesday afternoon, May 20.

WHAT: We'll spend the days getting camp ready for a summer of 4,000 high school kids. We'll plant flowers, paint furniture, clean cabins, clear trails or serve meals - all to help give high school kids the best week of their lives. In the evenings, we'll gather for club, laugh at silly Young Life skits, worship together and be challenged in our walks with Christ.

COST: Work week itself is free -lodging, delicious Young Life food and your very own work week T-shirt! All you pay for is transportation - $110 round-trip on a charter bus from Dallas if you pay by April 11. After April 11, cost is $150. (If you pay online, there will be additional processing and credit card fees. To avoid those fees, get a registration form at northcentraltexas.younglife.org and mail it along with a check.) We need you to register so we have enough bus seats, food and beds. Space is limited and available first-come, first-served.

PACK: Health form (get a form at northcentraltexas.younglife.org - Colorado law requires a doctor's signature) * grubby clothes, work clothes, old tennis shoes/work boots, coat (it could snow!), hat and sunscreen * Bible, notebook and pen * money for meals during travel and any Crooked Creek souvenirs * linens will be provided
